Dear Denver Diary,

First off, this particular neighborhood has been consistently named one of Denver’s best! This week we’re taking you to Park Hill, located in the northeastern quadrant of the city and bounded by Colorado Blvd, East Colfax Avenue, Quebec & 52nd. A couple contributing factors to the reputation of this community include, but are not limited to the following:  education, cost of living, housing, diversity, commute, crime/safety records. The development of Park Hill originated back in 1887, making it one of the oldest neighborhoods in Denver. Over the years, locals have further divided Park Hill into three different sub-communities known as North Park Hill, South Park Hill and Northeast Park Hill.
