Kenosha Pass is known as one of the best and most convenient destinations near Denver for fall foliage. Approximately an hour and a half drive southwest of Denver, travelers take US-285 directly to the trailhead. Kenosha Pass begins at about 10,000 feet above sea level, and expect about a 400 foot elevation gain along the trail! Although altitude can render potential issues, this truly is a hike for everyone. The terrain is completely painless and  user friendly . Hike in and out as far as you please, and enjoy the beautiful contrast of colors on aspen and pine tree covered mountains.

First off, this particular neighborhood has been consistently named one of Denver’s best! This week we’re taking you to Park Hill, located in the northeastern quadrant of the city and bounded by Colorado Blvd, East Colfax Avenue, Quebec & 52nd.
